Ingredients
- 1 C roasted red peppers, drained & chopped
- 1 1/2 C tomatoes, seeded & chopped
- 1 can navy beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 TBLS capers, drained
- 2 TBLS basil leaves, chopped
- 1 TBLS olive oil
- 1 medium garlic clove, minced 1
- 1/8 tsp dried pepper flakes
