Grapefruit-Honey Spiked Snow Cone

Ingredients

• For Grapefruit Syrup:
• 1 cup grapefruit juice
• 3/4 cup sugar
• For Snow Cone:
• 8 ounces Bonal Gentiane Quina
• 1/2 cup honey (or to taste)
• shaved ice

Preparation

Step 1

Make Grapefruit Syrup:
Boil grapefruit juice and sugar over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Off heat, allow to cool. Stir in Bonal Gentiane Quina and honey.

Make Snow Cone:
Pack cup with shaved ice and drizzle with grapefruit syrup.
