Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup margaraine
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 10 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, flour, coconut, baking soda and brown sugar. Add the margarine and mix until crumbly. Press half the crumb mixture into a greased 9" pan square pan.

Mix the lemon juice with the condensed milk until well blended. Pour over the crumb base. Cover the filling with the remaining crumbs.

Bake at 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
