Ingredients

  • 3/4 c margarine
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 3 T molasses
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 generous t soda
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 t ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg and molasses and mix well. Mix all dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients. Mix well. Roll into balls and roll in sugar. Do not flatten. Bake at 350 10 - 15 minutes
