Ingredients
- 1/2 c margarine
- 1 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1lb can chocolate syrup
- 1 cup and 1 t flour
- Frosting
- 6 T margarine
- 6 T milk
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs beating after each. Stir in chocolate syrup and flour. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes 11x15 jelly roll pan.
Mix all frosting ingredients except chocolate chips and bring to a boil. Boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and beat until thick. Spread while still warm.
