Mediterranean Burgers

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
• 2 tablespoons chopped black olives
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 pound medium ground beef

Preparation

Step 1

In bowl beat egg with fork, mix in breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, pesto and olives. Mix in ground beef.

Shape into 4 1/2-inch patties. Place on greased grill over medium heat, close lid and cook, turning once, for about 10 minutes.

Serve on buns topped with tomato and lettuce.
