Ingredients
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- 1 box (4 sleeves) plain saltine crackers
- 1/4 cup Dry Comal Creek spice mix

Step 1
Mix the canola oil, pepper and ranch dressing together. Place crackers in a 2-gallon ziplock bag. Pour the oil mixture into the cracker bag and toss every 20 minutes for 3 hours. Add the spice mix and toss with the crackers.
