Ozark Pie

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 3/4 c sugar
• 1/2 c flour
• 1 1/2 t backing powder
• pinch salt
• 1 c packed chopped peaches (fresh or canned)
• 1/2 c nuts chopped
• 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg and sugar together. Sift in dry ingredients and add to egg and sugar mixture stirring with wooden spoon. Add peaches, nuts (optional) and vanila. Pour into greased and floured 8" cake pie pan.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
