  • Crust:
  • 1/2 c margarine
  • 1 c flour
  • 1/4 c powdered sugar
  • 2 Beaten eggs
  • 1 c sugar
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • Powdered Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream margarine, flour, powdered sugar and pat into 9 inch square pan. Bake at 325 for 20 - 25 minutes until brown. Cool. Mix together eggs, sugar, lemon juice, backing powder. Spread over crust and back 25 additional minutes. cool. Frost with powdered sugar frosting.
