Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c all purpose flour, divided
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1 c cold butter, cut into pieces
- 4 large eggs
- 2 c sugar
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/3 c fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Line bottom and sides of 9x13 pan with aluminum foil. Smooth and grease.
Stir together 2 c flour, 1/2 c powdered sugar. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until crumbly. Press mixture onto bottom of pan.
Bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Whisk eggs ; add sugar. lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir together 1/4 c flour and baking powder, add to egg mixture.
Pour over hot baked crust.
Bake 350* for 25 more minutes or until set. Let cool in pan for 30 minutes. Lift from pan using foil and allow to cool completely. Cut into bars and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store in airtight container.
