Ingredients
- 1/3 c flour
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
- 2 lbs boneless turkey breast, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 med onions, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups frozen peas and carrots
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 1/4 cups chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper in a large bowl.
Toss turkey cubes in mixture.
Place into slow cooker and top with carrots, celery, potatoes, onions, frozen vegs, garlic, and mushrooms.
Pour chicken broth over all.
Stir to blend.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
