Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 (3 oz) package vanilla pudding mix
- 3/4 cup evaporate milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups Spanish raw peanuts

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, pudding mix and evaporated milk in a pan over medium high heat. Stirring frequently bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Beat 3 minutes or until candy thickens. Stir in peanuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto wax paper. Allow candy to harden. Store in airtight container.
