Teriyaki Chicken Pineapple Dish

- 1 pineapple
- Olive oil
- 1 lb chicken
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 cup white rice

Preparation
Step 1
The first step to creating this tropical plate is to cut a pineapple in half long ways. Then, scoop out the insides of the entire middle, creating a section for the entrees to fit inside. Set the pineapple that you scoop out aside and use it for something all its own.
Heat up a pan with some olive oil drizzled inside, and add in a pound of chicken to cook. As it browns, add in a ¾ cup of soy sauce, ½ cup of brown sugar, and ¼ cup of honey. Pour the chicken and all the liquids into a mixing bowl, and top off with 3 tsp of sesame seeds.
Inside of the hollowed out pineapple, add in a cup of white rice between the two halves, and fill the rest of the open space with the tangy chicken concoction. This dish is now ready to be served, and there are no plates needed. Easiest cleanup ever!
