- 24 ham cubes
- 1/4 lb. grated sharp cheese
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp paprika

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Cut 24 ham cubes, set aside.
2. Blend cheese and butter. Add flour and paprika and blend into a dough.
3. Pinch off about 1/2 tsp dough and shape around each ham cube, covering it completely. Refrigerate at least 4 to 5 hours. Overnight is better and they will keep in refrigerator for 1 week before baking.
4. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10 to 15 mins.
