BBQ Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 1 15-oz. can tomato sauce
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 cup mustard
• 1 cup water
• 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp. minced onion
• 2 beef bouillon cubes
• 3 lbs. beef, eye of round
• 6 hamburger buns or dinner rolls
• 2 dashes hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Slice eye of round roast into thin slices. Place in crockpot. Add all ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 4 to 6 hours.

Serve on hamburger rolls.

Additional Tips

For an added burst of flavor, top with cole slaw.
