Ingredients
- 2 c whipping cream or half and half
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c uncooked quick cooking grits
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 c (3oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce

Step 1
Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil. Stir in grits and simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally (5-7minutes) Add cheeses and hot sauce, stirring until melted.
