Ingredients
- 14 ounces canned tomatoes, with juice, broken up
- 42 grams envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid gravy browner
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 28 ounces kidney beans with liquid
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 10 ingredients in 3 1/2 L slow cooker. Stir well.
Scramble fry ground beef until browned. Drain. Add to slow cooker. Stir. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 9 hours or on High for 4 to 4 1/2 hours.
