Ingredients
- 1 package large tortillas
- 1/2 lb bacon
- 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 2 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion

Step 1
Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble when cool. Mix together cream cheese, spinach, mayo, bacon, and green onion. Spread a thin layer of filling over tortillas and roll up tightly. Wrap each in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Preheat oven to 375. Remove rolls from wrap and cut diagonally into 3/4 inch slices. Arrange, with filling side down, on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.
