Slow Cooker Asian Lime Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp quick cooking tapioca or thickening granules
- Cilantro and lime, for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
1. Thaw chicken and pat dry. Place in bottom of slow cooker.
2. In a small bowl combine broth, soy sauce, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, dry mustard, pepper, tomato paste and tapioca or granules. Whisk until smooth.
3. Pour sauce over the chicken and cover the slow cooker. Cook on Low heat for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender.
