HEAT OVEN TO 350 COAT 2 13X9 PANS WITH COOKING SPRAY WHISK TOGETHER FLOUR BAKING POWDER AND SALT BEAT SHORTENING PEANUT BUTTER AND BROWN SUGAR ON MED HIGH SPEED FOR 3 MIN ADD EGGS BEAT 3 MIN MORE ADD VANILLA ON LOW SPEED BEAT IN THE FLOUR MIXTURE ADD PEANUTS DIVIDE BATTER AND BAKE FOR 25-30 MIN OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED LET COOL SLIGHTLY BEAT POWDERED SUGAR PEANUT BUTTER SHORTENING SALT AND VANILLA ADD HOT WATER A LITTLE AT A TIME UNTIL SMOOTH SPREAD ON BLONDIES WHILE THEY ARE STILL WARM
