Zesty Party Meatballs

Ingredients

• Sauce:
• 2 lbs ground beef
• 1 cup corn flake crumbs
• 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
• 2 T dried onion flakes
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 2 T soy sauce
• 1 can jellied cranberry sauce (or use plum jelly)
• 1 bottle chili sauce
• 2 T packed brown sugar
• 1 T lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
For meatballs, combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into 1-in. balls. Place in a single layer in 2 9x13 pans. For sauce, combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook over med. heat until smooth and well blended. Pour evenly over meatballs. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve hot.
