Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef or venison, grilled
- 1 tbs. chili powder
- 1 tbs. papricka
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 chipotle pepper from jar, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbs. garlic, chopped
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- 1 46 ounce can tomato juice
- 1 6 ounce can tomato paste
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt and Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion, garlic, green pepper and mushrooms in olive oil until soft. Add all seasonings and saute one minute. Add tomato juice, paste and crumbled burger or venison. Simmer one hour. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
