Ingredients
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup potato, chopped
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 16-ounce bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 pound sirloin steak or venison, browned and cubed
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour

Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients except butter and flour in slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low 8 to 10 hours. Before serving, mix melted butter and flour to make a roux and stir into soup until thickened.
