Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coffee liqueur
- icing sugar

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, with electric mixer, cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating 1 minute after each.
In separate bowl, combine flour, coffee granules, cinnamon and salt. Add flour mixture too creamed mixture alternately with coffee liqueur.
Pour into well greased and floured Bundt or 10-inch tube pan.
Bake in 350 oven for 50 - 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool for 15 minutes before turning out onto rack. Let cool completely. Sprinkle with icing sugar through a small sieve.
