Ingredients
- MARINADE:
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 1/4 cup fancy molasses
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak, cut on diagonal into long thin 4" strips

Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients in bowl. Mix well.
Add meat strips. Cover. Marinade in fridge overnight. Drain. Thread onto bottom 3" of 10" wooden skewers that have been soaked.
Heat oil in saucepan to boiling. Pour into fondue pot and keep hot over medium-high flame. Keep broth over high flame.
Serve with Teriyaki Sesame Sauce
