Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups beer
- 2 cups grated medium cheddar
- 2 cups gouda or edam cheese
- 2 teaspoons onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- pinch garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in saucepan. Mix in flour. Stir in beer until boiling and thickened.
Add next 5 ingredients. Stir until cheese is melted. Pour into fondue pot over low flame.
DIPPERS: Cubes of rye or sourdough bread, broccoli and cauliflower florets cooked tender crisp, cheery tomatoes.
