Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons yeast
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 cups lukewarm water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 10 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve 1 tsp sugar in 1 cup warm water. Add yeast and let sit for about 10 minutes.

Mix at 7:00 pm. Punch down at 9:00 pm. Shape and put in pans at 10:00 pm. Let rise in refrigerator until morning. Take out and let rise until double in size.

Bake in 375 oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
