Hummingbird Cake

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour, sifted
• 1 t baking soda
• 1 t salt
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 can crushed pineapple, large
• 1 & 1/2 cup oil
• 1 t cinnamon
• 1 & 1/2 t vanilla
• 2 cups mashed banana
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• Icing: 8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup butter, 16 oz powdered sugar, 2 t vanilla, 1 cup chopped pecans!

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and pour into 3 round pans. Bake 20-25 min. 350!
Mix icing and then top with pecans!
