Whipped Butter Spreads

Ingredients

• Texas Roadhouse Cinnamon Honey Butter:
• 2 sticks butter, room temperature
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup honey
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• Honey Butter:
• 1 stick butter, softened
• 3-4 T honey
• Cinnamon-Sugar Butter:
• 1 stick butter, softened
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• Strawberry Butter:
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 3 T powdered sugar
• 1/2 pt. of strawberries
• Other options:
• Butter
• Optional flavorings:
• Chopped sun-dried tomatoes and grated Parmesan
• Chopped almonds, dried cherries, and almond extract
• Grated lemon, lime, and orange peel
• Orange marmalade

Preparation

Step 1

Mix room-temp. butter and honey until whipped. Use on warm bread.

Mix room-temp. butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar until whipped. Spread on toasted bagel.

Beat 1 cup butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Crush strawberries with potato masher until thoroughly crushed, and add to butter mixture, beating until smooth. Store in refrigerator, but allow to sit out to soften before serving.
