- 1 cup vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1/2 cup cubed soft silken tofu
- 2-3 tbsp. instant coffee granules
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- Ground cinnamon (optional)
