Ingredients
- 1 pint (2 cups) raspberry sorbet, softened
- 1 package (1oz.) Jell-o Vanilla Flavored Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding
- 1 cup cold fat-free milk
- 1 tub (8oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 cup raspberries

Preparation
Step 1
1.Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with foil. Spoon sorbet into prepared pan. Freeze 10 minutes.
2. Beat pudding mix and milk with a whisk for 2 minutes. Stir in Cool Whip and spread over sorbet.
3. Freeze 3 hours or until firm, Unmold onto plate and remove foil. Let stand for 10 minutes to soften before slicing. Top with berries.
