Ingredients
- 1 tube (16 oz.) bulk spicy pork sausage
- 1 pkg. (30 oz.) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 2 cups (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 jar (16 oz.) Ragu double-cheddar cheese sauce
- 2 cans (4 oz. each) chopped green chilies
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
In a 4-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until heated through.
Can also be transferred to a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, or until bubbly hot.
