Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

- 1 13x9 pan
- 1 lb bacon, diced, cooked and drained
- 12 eggs
- 1 ⁄2 cup milk
- 32 ounces tater tots
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 ⁄8 teaspoon pepper

Place cooked bacon in the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan.
Cover with tater tots.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over tater tots.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
