Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground bee
  • 1 1/2 cups grape jelly
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl.

Add beef. Mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls.

Combine jelly and ketchup in large frying pan. Heat and stir on medium until jelly is melted. Add meatballs. Cook, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring at halftime, until meatballs are fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
