- 8 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. heavy cream
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cut eggs into halves lengthwise and then into quarters; remove yolks. Press egg yolks through a fine sieve; blend in remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into a cake-decorating bag with a star tip and stuff egg whites.
