Ingredients
- 3 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp Montreal steak spice
- 3 lbs beef sirloin tip roast

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl.
Place roast on large plate. Rub mustard mixture on roast. Let stand, covered, in refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight. Place roast in greased wire rack set in 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake, uncovered, in 475 degree oven for about 30 minutes until browned. Reduce heat to 300 degrees. Bake for another 2 to 2 1/2 hours until meat thermoneter inserted into thickest part of road reads 160 for medium or until desired doneness.
Remove roast to cutting board. Cover with foil. Let stand for 10 minutes. Slice roast.
