Step 1
Slice about a pound of boneless pork loin into strips and stir-fry with one teaspoon vegetable oil and sliced onion. Stir in an 11-ounce can of drained corn and toss with two teaspoons taco seasoning. Roll up portions in four warmed flour tortillas and serve with salsa, rice and beans.
