- Party rye or pumpernickel bread
- Canned sauerkraut, drained WELL
- Corn beef, thinly sliced
- Swiss cheese, sliced
- Mustard (or Thousand Island dressing)

Step 1
Cut slices of bread into halves. Layer corned beef, mustard (or dressing), sauerkraut and cheese. Heat in 400° oven until cheese is melted (between 5-7 minutes). These sandwiches can easily be made in various quantities.
