Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 package taco seasoning
- green onions, to taste (optional)
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1 can refried beans
- shredded cheese-Mexican blend
- 1 cup + sour cream
- can of diced tomatoes and green chilies
- black olives (optional)
- salsa (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Cook ground turkey, taco seasoning (follow package directions), and green onions in a large pan until meat is browned. Spread refried beans on each flour tortilla. Add shredded cheese and meat mixture on top of beans to each tortilla. Roll up and place in a GREASED 9x13 inch pan. Mix together one can of diced tomatoes and green chilies and 1 cup sour cream. Spread over burritos and add more cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes to warm through. Serve with additional salsa, sour cream, black olives, tortilla chips, and Mexican or Spanish rice.
Vegetarian version: Add cooked Spanish or Mexican rice to tortilla instead of turkey mixture.
