Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen hash browns (2 pounds)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup+ shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 cups corn flakes, crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix soup, sour cream, and cheese. Add potatoes and mix in a large bowl. Grease 9x13 inch glass pan and pour potato mixture in. Sprinkle with a little cheese on top. Add crumbled cornflakes over top. Pour melted margarine on top. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
