Ingredients
- 7 oz almond paste, shredded
- 6 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 14 oz coconut
- 24 marischino cherry halves

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 300 degrees. Combine paste, egg whites, and sugar in saucepan. Cook 6-8 minutes stirring constantly until spoon drawn through leaves a path. Mix in coconut. Drop by rounded spoonfuls on parchment lined cookie sheet. Press a cherry half in the center of each. Bake 25-30 minutes.
