Ingredients

1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green chile
2 Tbs. butter
2 15oz. can refried beans
1 12 oz. can corn (or frozen)
2 7 oz. cans hot sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
10 tortillas,torn up
1 cup shredded longhorn cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in bowl and spread in layers with tortillas. Bake covered 350* for 45-50 min. Uncover and sprinkle cheese on top. Cook 2-3 min. till cheese melts.
