Salted Butterscotch Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp butter flavoring
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- Sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees and spray (really well) a mini muffin tin. Combine first five ingredients and mix well. Add flour, powder, and salt and stir in butterscotch chips. The dough will be very thick.
Place a heaping tablespoon into each mini muffin spot. Sprinkle a generous amount of sea salt on top of each brownie. Bake 13 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool completely on cooling rack. I use a fork to pop them out of the pan.
