Ingredients
- 3 # unpeeled red potatoes, diced
- 1/4 c white onions, chopped
- 1/4 c red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c celery, chopped
- 1/2 c dill pickles, finely chopped
- 2 eggs, hard boiled
- 1 tbs cider vinegar
- 2 tbs dill pickle juice
- 3/4 c mayonnaise
- salt and pepper

Step 1
In a large pot cover potatoes with salted water and cook until tender. Drain. Combine with all other ingredients.Chill before serving.
