Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (packed) grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8 ounces crabmeat
  • 8 7-8" flour tortillas

Step 1

Mix crabmeat, green onions, and cilantro in large bowl. Spread cheese mixture over half of each tortilla. Spoon crabmeat mixture atop cheese dividing equally. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold tortillas in half and press gently to seal.

Heat 1 1/2 tbsp oil in each of 2 heavy large skillets over medium heat. Working in batches, cook until cheese melts and tortillas are golden brown adding more oil if needed.

Cut into wedges and serve.
