Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 4 ounces diced green chilies
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cans cream soup, chicken, celery, cheddar cheese
  • 12 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef and onion. Add 1/2 green chilis, taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for a few minutes. Cool slightly and add mozzarella cheese. Spread evenly on tortillas.

Roll up and place in 9x13 pan. Mix soups, sour cream, and remaining chilis together. Pour over tortillas adn top with cheese.
Bake at 375° for 20-25 min.
