Ingredients

  • 1 lb. frozen chunky hash browns
  • 1 can cream of onion soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Step 1

Combine the potatoes, soup, sour cream and cheddar cheese, salt & pepper. Pour into a greased 9 inch square baking dish. Cover with the crushed corn flakes and drizzle with melted butter.


Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until bubbly.
