Quick Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup milk
• 3 tbsp butter, melted
• 1/2 cup sugar
• More cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Blend the dry ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. In a separate bowl beat the eggs well, add milk and butter. Add to the flour mixture. Spread in a shallow greased and floured pan. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes, then test with a knife. If the knife comes out clean, the cake is done.
