  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • Grated zest of two oranges
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 1/2 bag fresh or frozen cranberries (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • Powdered sugar

Step 1

Mix sugar, flour and salt in large bowl. In second bowl, mix juice with baking powder and add to dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in a prepared
9-by-13-inch pan at 350 F for 1 hour. Cool in pan. Dust with powdered sugar.
