- Regular size cupcakes (non-iced)
- Mini cupcakes (non-iced)
- Icing
- Ice cream cones
- M & M's or skittles
- Sprinkles

Preparation
Step 1
Place candy in the cone about half way. This gives weight to the cone and allows it to stand up.
Unwrap the regular size cupcake from the cupcake liner. Frost the top of the cupcake. Invert the cupcake into the cone (so the frosted side is down into the cone). Frost the top of the cupcake (which was originally the bottom). Add a mini cupcake without a liner onto the regular cupcake. Ice the entire cupcakes and swirl icing to resemble a soft serve cone.
Top with sprinkles!
